With more than 20 years of executive experience in payments and finance, Joe is a well-known and respected industry leader. He is the Founder of Superior Financial Group, and was the founder and CEO of Innovative Merchant Solutions and Innovative Gateway Solutions, which were both sold to Intuit. Among his many leadership distinctions, Joe has served as President of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) for the global payments industry and was awarded Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur Award.
As Director of ISO, Allan is responsible for managing the overall growth of Total Merchant Services’ ISO and Sales Partner Channel. With more than 20 years of experience in the payment processing industry, Allan formerly was the CEO of one of Total Merchant Services’ largest independent sales offices, where he originated, managed and serviced thousands of new merchant accounts. A motivational leader, Allan’s background also includes highly successful roles in sales and marketing.
Lauren has over eight years of experience in the bankcard industry and has had various roles where she developed skills in sales training, sales support and partner recruiting. She is passionate about making the overall experience with Total Merchant Services dynamic, progressive and successful for sales partners. Lauren is originally from Maui, Hawaii, and when she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, working on art projects and snowboarding.
With more than 13 years of experience in sales and operations, Yesenia leads with experience in a full range of disciplines, including partner recruitment, new partner onboarding, technical support, merchant support and sales partner support. Before focusing on delivering an amazing partner experience at Total Merchant Services, Yesenia held the role of Service and Support Manager in the payments division at Intuit. She has also held leadership roles in the insurance and banking industries. Yesenia also holds the ETA CPP designation.
Andy has more than 25 years of experience delivering results in corporate sales and training. He gained significant operational, sales and management experience at FedEx, and then mastered the world of finance at Prudential Securities, ATS, and several prominent merchant services organizations. At Total Merchant Services, Andy built partner training programs and now works to grow business through software developers and other large partners. He has a great fondness for music, family, friends, community service, and a nice glass of wine.
In his 14 years with Total Merchant Services, Hawkins has gained extensive sales, management, financial and business operations experience in the payment processing industry. Operating on a win-win philosophy, Hawkins always keeps in mind that if our sales partners are successful, the company will be successful. The most gratifying part of his career is helping people find their own personal success. To that end, Hawkins has built relationships with thousands of sales partners representing more than 60,000 merchant accounts.
Elena has over 30 years of experience in sales and public relations, including more than six years in the bankcard industry. At Total Merchant Services, she provides prospective sales partners a thorough company overview, and she also helps partners develop strategies to build their portfolios and accelerate their growth. With a background in art history, Elena previously was a gallery owner, and she continues to have a passion for art, nature and animals, as well as spending time with her family.
Wayne is an innovative and energetic sales and recruitment professional with more than 15 years of experience. He conducts extensive research via the internet, job boards, and various networking sites to locate individuals who would be happy and successful as sales partners with Total Merchant Services. Further, Wayne helps new partners adapt to working with the company, and he always strives to develop professional, ongoing business relationships to ensure our sales partners’ continued success.
Roman has more than 15 years of sales experience, and he has specialized in the payments industry for the last 5 years. At Total Merchant Services, he first worked in customer support and then inside sales. Now as National Sales Recruiter, he uses his extensive industry knowledge to help partners build their portfolios and grow their success. Originally from Colombia, Roman is bilingual and frequently assists Spanish-speaking partners and merchants. An exercise enthusiast, he is passionate about nutrition and fitness.
